What happens after I apply?
We review the athlete’s goals and recommend the best next step based on their needs, timeline, and commitment level.
Do lessons expire?

Do I need to schedule through the website?
Not yet. After enrollment is completed, scheduling instructions will be provided directly.
How often can my athlete train?
Most coaching options are built around one session per week. Monthly tracks include 4 sessions per month. Some packages may allow 2 sessions per week if there is an approved deadline, competition, or accelerated training need.
Can I book Saturdays?
Saturday sessions are limited and may be prioritized for competition prep, monthly tracks, and approved athletes.
Do monthly sessions roll over?
No. Monthly track sessions must be used within the current billing cycle and do not roll over.
Can package sessions be scheduled whenever we want?
Package sessions must be scheduled based on coach availability and used within the package expiration window. A consistent weekly rhythm is recommended.
Can we train more than once per week?
Some packages may allow 2 sessions per week if approved. Extra sessions beyond the program structure must be approved and may require an additional purchase.
What should my athlete bring to the first session?
Bring any required weapons, current form or routine material, recent videos if available, competition music if needed, water, and any notes about injuries or limitations.
What happens during the first session?
The first session usually includes a goal review, movement prep, assessment, correction block, repetition/application, homework, and a parent/student recap.
Will my athlete receive homework?
Yes. High Definition coaching includes focused homework so the athlete knows what to practice between sessions.
How do parents know what was worked on?
Parents receive a recap or next-step explanation depending on the session and program. The goal is to make the coaching clear, organized, and easy to follow.
Can I message questions between sessions?
Questions related to scheduling, homework clarity, and next steps can be communicated through the approved contact method. Messaging is not a replacement for additional coaching sessions unless included in the program.
What if my athlete forgets their weapon, video, or music?
The session will still focus on the highest-value correction possible, but missing materials may limit what can be reviewed.
